Hiya! Thanks for stumbling onto my "Legacy" site! Based on how you got here, you may or may not know what this site is for or who I am but I'll lay it out here.
I'm B.L.Richards, owner of this site and aspiring writer. Feel free to call me B.L.R, B.L.Richards, or (a bit easier) "Blur" (since that's kinda what B.L.R. sounds like when said as a word and it's one character off from being the same). Blur is also the name of my persona/avatar I’ve made for my worldbuilding/writing stuff!
This is a sister site to my other writing project site, "Of Courts and Kingdoms". I've enjoyed making that one so decided to make this site as well for my "Legacy" writing project!
If you're unsure where to start, I'd recommend my About Me, or the Disclaimer page. If you're wondering/curious/worried about AI/my usage of AI, please go to the Disclaimer first. That page lays out how, where, and why I used AI in my process. I'm planning to add another page with pictures and videos involving my usage of AI, including what I specifically mean when an image is "AI Assisted". If you're turned fully away from the idea of anything being AI, please head out now, no hurt feelings, and I genuinely hope you find something to enjoy!
Also, sorry if you find any typos. I work on this site in Visual Studio Code and was a bit delayed in realizing VS Code doesn't have a spell checker. I added a spell check extension but there might still be a few things missed!

What is "Legacy"?
“Legacy”, occasionally shortened to “LC” in a few situations, is my own urban fantasy project. It essentially started as a personal AU project of Harry Potter. However, due to the author who shall not be named and the fact I was doing A LOT of world building to make things actually make sense when you think about it more than a few moments, I realized I could just…change a few “canon” aspects and develop this into my own urban fantasy.
The project name of “Legacy” is, admittedly, from Hogwarts: Legacy, as that’s what originally started the OG AU to start. Since all the main POV characters are biologically related and the theme of “family legacies” are at least a minor role in the planned stories.
What's the plan for this site?
Similar to "Of Courts and Kingdoms", I like the idea of this site being the "hub" for everything Legacy related. That will include:
- Character Profiles
- Wiki Style Pages For:
- Magic System
- Worldbuilding
- Etc./Others
- Stories/Fictions
- Blog-esque Posts
